4502-010 = January 2016 to August 2018 (soon to be discontinued)
4502-012 = All openers made before January 2016 (your literature will say 4502-010)
4502-018 = All models made after January 2016 to current date (replaces 4502-010)
Used in models 6050, 6100 and 6300.
