A pool-safe gate hinge closer that's externally mounted. Safe for children and pets.
The SureClose ReadyFit hinge features quick alignment legs, is easy to install, and can fit on both new and existing gates. Includes all mounting brackets and fasteners. The ReadyFit hinge is perfect for square posts on steel gates.
ReadyFit is the newest compact, heavy-duty, hydraulic hinge-closer designed for commercial, industrial and estate gates. The external mounting brackets allow quick and easy alignment and installation. No need for drilling large holes! Tested to 500,000 cycles.
This hinge closer is approved for pool and child safety gates.

*Please Note: Gate will not hold open at 90° (making it okay for use on pool and child safety gates). Sure Close SF models require a separate gate stop to be installed to prevent the gate from being forced past 90º. Recommended opening setting is 85º to take into consideration possible installation abnormalities. To properly install this gate closer, you will need to purchase the D&D Gate Stop- Soft, Quiet Gate Closure- TCGS3 sold separately. Absence of a gate stop will void warranty on this product. D&D recommends installing the gate stop at the bottom of the fence post if gate is lower than 84” (210cm).
